Overview
Paragon started as a messy planning surface for busy product teams. I redesigned the workspace around a calmer hierarchy, faster scanning, and moments of delight that make daily planning feel less mechanical.
Design approach
The system pairs crisp product structure with hand-drawn cues: sticky-note states, expressive empty states, and direct visual feedback. The result keeps dense information usable without losing the playful personality of the brand.
Outcome
The final prototype gave the team a clearer launch narrative, a reusable interface kit, and a focused path from kickoff to shipping.
